Sleeping six, Carolina Sunrise is the perfect three-bedroom, two-bath waterfront home for your next Sea Islands escape. Guests can drift off to sleep in the king-sized primary bedroom, or in one of the two queen bedrooms.



The living room features a flat-screen television with internet TV, including Sling, Amazon, HBO, and other apps. There is plenty of seating and two sliding glass doors allowing access to the wrap-around deck. Enjoy preparing meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a Keurig coffee maker, as well as a drip coffee maker with a permanent filter. Serve your gourmet entrees at the six-person table, with additional seating at the counter. A charcoal grill is also available for your use.



To soak in the beauty of the outdoors, take your dining experience to the spacious back deck and enjoy dinner al-fresco style with gorgeous ocean views. You'll also find comfortable seating and a hammock. There is also a screened-in gazebo with a dining table that seats four, and just down the back steps, you will find a patio with a fire pit. An outdoor shower is provided for your convenience as well.



As the name suggests, this home is perfect for sunrises and a fantastic place to fish and kayak. The beach in front of the home is ideal for shell collecting. Spend your days at Hunting Island State Park with one of the best beaches in the area with a car pass included.



We encourage you to bring your four-legged friend, as dogs are accommodated for an additional fee of $300. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted. Please be advised that this home can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.



*Part of the charm of this home is that it is located on a sandy road, thus eliminating traffic and road noise, but on extremely rainy days may not drain like a paved road.



Due to high visitation and staffing constraints, local area offerings such as restaurants, bars, shopping, and shared amenities may have limited hours or availability. Cell phone and internet service may also be impacted during high visitation periods. Please contact us directly to discuss the impact during your stay dates.
