Located on Harbor Island, Sea Haven is a lovely 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath recently remodeled third floor condo with screened-in deck and water views. Ideal for couples or family, the home can accommodate 4 guests. This building does have an elevator and there is one flight of stairs before access to the elevator.



The open-plan living area boasts a well-equipped kitchen, with granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. There is a large dining table with seating for six adjacent to the kitchen. There is also a queen-sized murphy cabinet bed.



The dining area flows seamlessly into the stylish living room. Here, guests can relax and take in a movie on the flat screen TV, which is equipped with Roku, cable, and a DVD player.



Access to the screened-in deck, with lovely water views and outdoor seating, is located off the living room. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.



After a day exploring Harbor Island, guests can get some rest in the bedroom—with its king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, and en-suite bath with shower. There is also a queen-sized Murphy cabinet bed in the living room. A half-bath is located off the living area.



While the unit does not have a washer/dryer, there is a community laundry room on the 3rd floor for guest use. Guests also have access to the community grill.

Staying on Harbor Island includes access to the pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and basketball court. Harbor Island requires guests to have a car pass to access the island. Please contact Natural Retreats to confirm car pass information. This condo allows 1 vehicles max.





This home comes with a Hunting State Park pass for guest usage.
