A spectacular Harbor Island vacation awaits you at Pirate’s Den! This impeccable pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home boasts lovely water views, a community boardwalk that takes you to the beach, and access to Harbor Island amenities—including the pool—which is right across the street!
The living area is located on the first floor. Here you’ll find a well-equipped, stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances—including an island with a built-in oven and glass range top—as well as plenty of counterpace for food prep. Access to a wrap-around balcony with lovely views of the neighborhood—including several palm trees—can be found just off the kitchen. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, with a table that can accommodate 6.
There’s a half-bath off the kitchen.
The comfortable living room is located adjacent to the dining area. Here you’ll find a plush sectional sofa, 2 armchairs, a large wall-mounted Smart flatscreen TV, and a nook replete with a selection of books to choose from! The previously mentioned wrap-around balcony can also be accessed via the slider off the living room—where you can enjoy spectacular water vistas.
At the end of a busy day frolicking on the beach or in the pool, guests can get some shuteye in one of 3 well-appointed bedrooms located on the second floor:
The primary bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed, a large Smart flatscreen TV, a lovely seating area, access to a balcony, and an ensuite bath with a shower-over-tub.
The queen-sized bedroom comes replete with balcony access, a European sink, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom has two twin beds, a European style sink, access to a balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is a stackable washer and dryer on the second level.
The ground level of the home features a small carport that can accommodate 2 cars in the front of the home and a convenient outdoor shower, as well as a gas grill in the backyard.
This home can accommodate 2 dogs for an additional fee. The fee for 1 dog is $300 and for 2 dogs the fee is $500 plus tax.
Please be advised that all guests are required to have a car pass in order to access the island. Car pass total must be confirmed through Natural Retreats in advance of your stay. This home accommodates up to 2 vehicles max.
