Step inside the first-floor great room and experience the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. Hardwood floors and ample natural lighting characterize the living area, with a cozy leather sectional couch facing a large Smart TV. The adjacent updated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, an instant hot water dispenser on the sink, and even a stacked washer and dryer tucked away in the pantry. Two separate breakfast bars seat 2 for casual dining, while the dining room seats 6 for family gatherings. An adjoining sitting room with a sectional couch and ottoman is surrounded by a wall of windows, offering breathtaking views. Enjoy access to a screened-in porch, complete with plush furnishings, overlooking the lagoon outside.



The first floor also features 2 comfortable bedrooms—1 primary bedroom with a king bed and an office, and 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed. The primary bedroom flows into an ensuite bathroom. From this bathroom you walk into an office with an additional bathroom with a standing shower.



Upstairs, guests can retire to the 2 guest bedrooms with gorgeous views—1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 other with a queen bed and 1 twin bed, great for families! Access the top-floor balcony with seating to enjoy the sea breeze and beautiful lagoon views.

The rental of Windjammin includes access to all Harbor Island Community amenities, which consists of a pool, racquet club, fitness area, playground, volleyball court, and chipping green. Harbor Island is a secured island that does require all guests to have a car pass to access the island. Guest must provide car pass total before their arrival. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles max. Resort access requires a car pass to enter. Information for this entry pass should be gathered at booking or a minimum of 14 days before arrival.

Called the Xplorie Program, our guests will receive one free adult admission ticket, per night stay, to attractions like the Kazoo Factory and a free kayak rental.
