Welcome to Frippin’ Point—a spectacular 5-bedroom, 5-full bath and one 1/2 bath custom built home that can easily accommodate 12 guests, making it ideal for families or large groups. Enjoy spectacular marsh and ocean views, a screened-in patio, access to the community pool, 360-degree views from the widow’s peak—and the beach is just a few steps away!



Entrance to the home is located via the front door, where you’ll find a small foyer, and access to the garage. To access the main floor, you’ll go up two flights of steps to the main foyer. Here you'll find a half bath with doors that open to a small balcony that overlooks Tarpon Blvd.



The open plan living area is located on the main floor. Here you’ll find a stylish living room with a vaulted beamed ceiling and an abundance of windows that allow for brilliant light to enter the space, while also showcasing spectacular views of the beach and the ocean. The living room comes replete with a sizeable sectional sofa, an armchair, and a large flatscreen TV—ideal for movie night! Access to a lovely screened-in porch with outdoor seating and a gas grill is just off the living area. Here, you can delight in spectacular views of the ocean and inlet while cooking and dining al fresco!



The living room flows seamlessly into the very well-equipped kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to create meals for a crowd. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, and an island with a double sink and dishwasher, along with 4 bar stools. Guests can enjoy their meals at one of two dining tables adjacent to the kitchen.



At the end of the day, guests can get their rest in one of 5 well-appointed bedrooms—each with their own en-suite bathrooms:



The king-sized primary bedroom is situated on the main floor and comes replete with access to a screened-in deck with impressive marsh views, a small office area, and a flatscreen TV. It features a large en-suite bath with a spacious closet, dual vanity, a small room that houses the toilet, and a walk-in shower.



You’ll find two additional bedrooms down the hall from the primary bedroom. The first bedroom comes replete with a king-sized bed, marsh views, a flatscreen TV, and a bathroom with a shower-over-tub. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flatscreen TV, views that overlook the street and the ocean, and an en-suite bath with a shower-over-tub.



There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor. The bunk room can accommodate four. It’s complete with a small desk area and flatscreen TV, along with a window that looks out onto the marsh. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower, a dual vanity, and a separate room with toilet. The second bedroom on this floor features a king-sized bed, expansive marsh views, a flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower-over-tub.



There is a washer and dryer in the hallway on the first floor.
